Chris served as Vice Mayor of Murfreesboro, Tennessee for 24 years — one of the longest tenures in the city's history. During that time, he developed deep working relationships with municipal planners, zoning officials, utility providers, and economic development leaders across Rutherford County and the greater Nashville metro. Those relationships continue to benefit CBS Realty clients today, particularly on complex commercial transactions involving rezoning, development approvals, or site selection.
