Pipeline Pulls Back

CBRE's Q3 Nashville figures show industrial tenants still taking space — 2.74 million square feet absorbed — even as vacancy climbed to 5.4% on a heavy delivery quarter. The twist is the pipeline: under construction fell sharply, and office has almost nothing left underway.
